For certain Federal misdeneanor and petty offence charges

Listed in the “Schedule,” asfendants in the Western District of

Washington have the option to pay a fixed aum to the Clerk of

Court instead of appearing in court. If a defendant makes such

appear in court; and the case is close’.

‘The Court has adopted this “Schedule” listing all

nisdemeancr offenses and petty offense for which a defendant
