Fetitioner Junius Redwood seeks a writ of certiorari

to review a judgment of the Supreme Court of the State

of New York, Appellate Term, First Judicial Department,

rendered May €, 1970, unanimously affirming his conviction

of the crimes o1 assault in the third degree [N.Y. Penal

Law $120.00] and driving while intoxicated [N.Y. Veh.

& Traf. L. §1192(2)].
