Carolina Senate [Memorandum Order Appendix A],
Sou:h Carolina House of Representatives [Memorandum
Order Appendix BJ], and the South Carolina Congres-
sional delegation [Memorandum Order Appendix C]
shall be the lawful election districts for each of those

bodies for the general elections scheduled in 1992, and
for all subsequent elections until redistricting plans for
those bodies are lawfully enacted by the South Carolina
General Assembly, signed by the Governor, and approved
by the United States Department of Justice pursuant to 42
USC. Section 1973c.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that
the claim of plaintiffs Bufort Blanton, Neil A. Vander
Linden, Forrest EF. Ott, Ann Y. Hart, Peggy A. Dufek and
Vincent Johnson, C.A. No. 3:91-3635-1, regarding the con-
Stitutionality of the county delegation system is decon-
solidated from this action and referred to a single judge
of the district court for resolution.

Notice is hereby given that the Statewide Reappor-
tionment Advisory Committee, Dr. William Gibson,
Bishop Frederick Calhoun James, Rev. Herbert Williams,
Willie B. Owens, and the South Carolina State Conference
of NAACP Branches, the plaintiffs above-named in Civil
Action No. 3:91-3310-1, hereby appeal to the Supreme
Court of the United States from the Order and final
judgment of the three-judge district court, adopting and
creating plans for the redistricting of South Carolina’s
Senate, House of Representatives, and Congressional dis-
tricts following the 1990 decennial census, entered in the
above consolidated actions on May 1, 1992, and on May
20, 1992.
This appeal is taken pursuant to 28 U.S.C. section
1253.
