In preparing this year's report, I noticed for the first time that I omitted reporting the Part Sale of mutual funds during the last reporting period. The 2004 FDR
should have indicated that a part sale occurred of both the Investment Company of America and the New Perspectives Mutual Funds in the Roth IRA account. The
sale occurred on December 15, 2004 and the appropriate value code would be "J".
