In part VIL, | have reported the income received from my shares in Cox-Kelly Farms, a subchapter S corporation, and an estimated "gross value’ of my percentage

of the value of the farm itself. This is now located in the 510 Trust, which I have created for purposes of estate planning.

In response to the Letter of Inquiry: The Toyota Motor Corp. asset was sold in its entirety in 2015, but sold in two parts. By identifying cach sale as "part," 1

mistakenly gave the impression that a portion of the asset remained. Instead, 1 mtended to convey the information that the asset was sold, in its catirety, but in two

parts on two separate occasions. For this reason, | did not list it again in my 2016 report. | hope | have sufficiently answered the question posed.
