The Committeee on Financial Disclosure inquired about the entry in Part VII, page 4, line 5 of my last report. Upon review of my three prior reports | find the

following:

My report dated 11/15/2011 lists Oppenheimer Main Street Select Class A Mutual Fund on lines 4 and § at page 4, Part VIL. In fact, line 4 of that report should

read "Oppenheimer Global FD Class A Mutual Fund.” The remaining information on line 4 of that report is correct.

My report dated May 15, 2012 repeats the mistuke. Again, line 4 at page 4, Part VII should read "Oppenheimer Global FD Class A Mutual Fund.” The remaining

information on Line 4 is correct but, on line $, under column C the letter code for Oppenheimer Main Street Select Class A Mutual Fund should be "L."

My report dated April 23, 2013 lists both Oppenheimer funds correctly at page 4, lines 4 and 5 of Part VIL
