Regarding Part VII - Investments and Trusts:
1. According to Orientals website, in April 2013 the company changed its name from Oriental Financial Group, Ine. to OFG Bancorp, which in turn has three
subsidiaries: Oriental Bank, Oriental Financial Services and Oriental Insurance. For ease of reference, the institution his been simply referred to as Oriental.
2. Oriental IRA Accounts 1-4 were consolidated into a single account, namely Onental IRA Account 6. In order to consolidate these accounts, a transitory, one-
month account was opened on 3/31/12 and closed on 4/30/12. This transition account hud earnings of less than $1,000 during that one-mouth period.
3. Oriental IRA Accounts 8-11 were consolidated into a single account, namely Oriental IRA Account 13. Tn order to consolidate these accounts, a transitory, one-
month account was opened on 3/31/12 and closed on 4/30/12. This transition account had carnings of less than $1,000 during that one-month period.
4. Oriental IRA Accounts 1-2 and 8-9 are certificates of deposit for a term of five years that matured on 4/30/12. The interest earned is determined at the end of the
five-year period based on a formula which uses the accretion, if any, of the S&P 500 Index during such period, Therefore, the information that appears in column
B for these accounts is based on 4 five-year period and not limited to 2012,
