In reviewing my pension information (Fidelity account that | previously listed m Part VII), | discovered that it actually 1s not invested. The pension plan account 1s

credited with the same return that would be received if the account were actually vested, but there are no real holdings. Therefore, I've eliminated it from VII.

On or about October 1, 2017, the plan administrator of my 401(k) switched investments from Vanguard Extended Market Index Fund Inst Plus (VEMPX) to

Vanguard Institutional Extended Market Index Trust and from Vanguard Institutional Index Fund Inst Plus (VIIX) to Vanguard Institutional 500 Index Trust.
