Regardmg the IRA accounts my family has at Oriental Trust, as histed m my report at Part VII, page 4, lines 12-17, the specific names of the types of IRA accounts
are listed below, followed by a description in parenthesis of the type of asset each account is comprised of:
=-ROTH Diversified Growth IRA (widely held managed fund; I have no discretion over assets);
--CD IRAs (certificates of deposit);
--Education CD IRAs (certificate of deposit);
Amendment Explanations:
1. Part I reports that 1 am the trustee of my KEOGH Plan.
2. Part VIL, line |, reports income for my KEOGH Plan.
3. The name of the mutual fund reported at Part VII, line 8, was changed to that reported at line 10,
4.The name of the mutual fund reported at Part VII, line 9, was changed to that reported at line 11.
5. Part VII, line 13, reports a partial redemption of this asset. In the original 2013 report, this partial redemption was mistakenly attributed to the Roth CD IRA; that
asset, however, was totally redeemed in 2012, and does not appear on this amended 2013 report.
