COMMENT 1, Line 2 -- F&M Bank was purchased by Prosperity Bank.

COMMENT 2, Lines 3 and 160 -- The UBS bank accounts associated with the various UBS brokerage and IRA accounts were reported separately until the

2013 FDR when the amounts for those accounts were combined for reporting purposes. However, the bank account associated with IRA #7, Line 160, was
