Lines I-11

Because [ll JI has declining health because of advanced age and illness and because of the loss of financial records in & flood of our house on September 12,

2013, our 2013 tax return was not filed until October, 2014. As | reported in my 5-12-14 reort, it was necessary for us to liquidate many of Ji] securities to pay

for restoration of our property. That was done by one of JIN by a power of attorney with the advice of a financial advisor. Information provided to me

for our 2013 tax return provides the following information as to those sales in 2013,

* First Commawealth common gain E

* IBM common gain G

* Norfolk Southern common gain E

Merck common gain F

Abbott Lab common gain F

3M common gain F

Nuveen Muni loss A

* All shares sold.

Line 2 - Abbvie is a spin-off from Abbott Labs.

1 have provided more information concerning JIN investments than in prior reports because 1 have had to become more involved to assist JN in

management of JIN finances.
