In Part VII of my Financial Disclosure Report, Item No. 4, | listed Vanguard Federal Money Market Investor, which was not listed on my 2015 Report, filed on

5/13/16. 1 came into possession of this asset as a result of the following series of transactions:

1. On September 28, 2016, TD Ameritrade changed the asset from TDAM Money Market Portfolio Select to FDIC Insured Deposit Account, My understanding

is that this TD Ameritrade-initiated change came about as a result of a change in SEC regulations that affected one's ability to obtain funds from money market

accounts in times of market volatility. There was no change in the value of the asset as a result of this change.

2. The company through which | have this retirement plan opted to transfer from TD Ameritrade to Charles Schwab on May 1, 2017, This company-initiated

change resulted in the substitution of & cash Personal Choice Retirement Account (PCRA), which did not change the value of the asset.

3. Effective May 16, 2017, | changed the PCRA to the Vanguard Federal Money Market Investor account with no change im the value of the asset.

This also explains why TDAM Money Market Portfolio Select, which appeared on my 2015 Report, does not appear on this 2016 Report.
