In part VII, the Trust listed on line 17 no longer includes the Vanguard Total Stock Market Index Fund. On my 2012 report (Part VIL, line 18), | stated that the

fund had been sold in “part” on October 1, 2012, This was an error. The entire position in the fund was liquidated ou that date.
