assests until 2014.

Notes to Section VIII-- The four U.S. Savings Bonds accounts held in my wife's name and our children/grandson were commenced in December 2014, but were

not reportable last year. Each month a small buy is made for each account. Each monthly buy is relatively de minimis but cumulatively total approximately 48

transactions. | trust that this explanation will suffice m lieu of listing each buy transaction. There have been no sell transactions.

1 should also note that the U.S. Savings Bonds (Gregory), USAA Bond Fund, USAA Savings and Checking, and Chase Savings and Checking are nominally held

in the name of my and my wife's living trust ( the Gregory G Hollows and Elaine J Hollows Living Trust), However, as recognized by the IRS, the assets are held

as if we individually held them; that is, we are the Trust and the Trust is us.
