On the Amended Report filed in July 2014, there was a duplicate entry for Morgan Stanley. It was reported on Line 7, and again on Line 26.

As a result of removing Line 7, and also as a result of noting that Line 4 was merged with Line 1, and Line 5 is completely defunct, our entries would appear to be

drastically revised, We've gone from 36 Line entries in 2013, to 28 Line entries for 2014. Most of this is explained through redemptions, but we did want to note

specifically the duplicate line removal.
