As reported on this form, | was an adjunct professor at Yale Law School during 2015. The course | taught was Sports Law. A member of the class was a

granddaughter of the owner of the New York Mets, Mr.Fred Wilpon. She arranged an outing/fickdrrip in which I and the class attended. This included # question

and answer session between Mr. Wilpon and the class and watching a New York Mets game. It took place in the owner's suite. 1 was only there in my capacity as

a teacher of the Sports Law class. Lunch was served. | have no idea of the value to me of this outing/field trip. | can, however, verify that | spent $710.75 out-of-

pocket to hire a car and driver to transport me and some members of the class to New York City for the outing/field trip.
