Tibco software (TIBX) was on my 2014 report (at line 38) and that report should have indicated that it wus acquired by Vista Equity Partners for Cash, Thus,

received $24 per share for Tibco. In total, it wus spunoff for less than $1000. This occurred on 12/8/2014 and should have been reflected in my last report. 1
