Entry No. 3 - Bank of America Money Manager Account was titled Bank of America Investment Services in last year's report, Same Account.
VL LIABILITIES.
Last year's report did not list student loans that had been taken out by dependant child because my understanding was that a liability which is the sole liability or
responsibility of a dependent child was not reportable. However, | notice in the filing instructions (Page 33) that I am also supposed to have no knowledge of the
liability for it not to be reportable. That instruction does not make any sense, as | obviously would not report a liability of which | have no knowledge. In any
event, while a dependant child did have liabilities in 2010 of a Stafford Student Loan and a Graduate Plus Student Loan, both of over $10,000 during the reporting
period, Section VI. of this report is marked "none" because the child was no longer a dependant in 2011.
