is a non-profit religious organization. | serve without compensation. | have not included my position in Section | in that the instructions specify that activities

associated with religious entities need not be reported. 1 write this note in an abundance of caution, Both trusts were formed at the tail end of 2013 and had no

assests until 2014.

Notes to Section VII — The general increases in amounts in the USAA account have to do with equity received from the sale of our California residence in Feb,

2013. Also, the previously reported Fifth Third bank account reported is not reported here in that my name was taken off the account. The Fifth Third bank

account reported this year was commenced in April 2013 in Indiana and was 4 personal account. The amounts in the account at the end of 2013 reflect equity

from the sale of the California residence as well as accrued Social Secirity benefits.
