Part VII, Lines 12 and 13 show for the calendar year 2015 the income to my wife and me, that is a flow through from a subchapter S corporation in which my wife
and Town stock (in different amounts because of donations I made years ago of most of my stock to my three major children).
Part VII, Line 25 last year showed Capital One, LLC but now shows LPL Financial. The individual who has been my investment advisor for years left Capital
One, LLC in September 2015 and went with LPL Financial. My wife's and my entire IRA investment that was held at Capital One, LLC is now managed and
reported to me by LPL Financial. The underlying investments, formerly reported on lines 26-32 and 37-43, and now reported at lines 26-38, have not changed.
Part VII, Lines 26-38, show the specific funds m which LPL Financial has invested 99% of the funds it has. The income, gross value, und other information for all
the individual funds are shown as a cumulative figure on line 25.
Part VII, Line 43 shows the acquisition of shares of California Resources Corp. (CRS). Occidental Petroleum (line 8) distributed as of November 17, 2014, 0.4
shares of CRS for each share of Occidental Petroleum. No income was received from CRS in 2015,
