Part I. As previously indicated, the only remaining assets of the 2 estates are U.S. savings bonds. The total interest income generated annually does not reach the
reporting threshold; the aggregate value is J, but no individual bond has a value that reaches the reporting threshold.
Part VII
The listing of assets held through various Ameriprise entities (lines 10 through 46) has been organized under three headings, the Ameriprise One
account (lines 10-12); RiverSource Life Insurance Company (lines 14-16), and noncash assets for the two Roth IRAs first mentioned on line 13 (lines18-45)
Lines 12,13. These AIMMA funds are held by Ameriprise at American Express Centurion Bank and at Amex Bank, NY Community Bank, Capital One Bank,
Ameriprise Bank and SunTrust, | have no input into where the funds are deposited,
Lines 15 and 16. These are variable annuities which do not generate “income” but increase (or decrease) in value depending on mvestment performance. Both the
annuity listed on Line 15 and the two IRA annuities listed on Line 16 decreased in value in 2015.
Part V, The Federal Practice Section of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Federal Bar Council combined to sponsor a reception in honor of my retirement. |
do not know what it cost or what those attending paid to attend. In connection with that event, I wis given us a gift a set of Bose noise-canceling headphones, the
value of which was below the reporting threshold.
Also in connection with that reception, my past and present lawclerks combined to give me the services of a photographer for 2 hours and, subsequently, a
flashdrive containing all the photos taken ut the event. | do not know the value of that gift, which clerks contributed or how much.
On my last day of work, | was given a number of individual gifts from court personnel and lawyers, including flowers, a vase, and a bottle of champagne, none of
which individually met the reporting threshold,
At its summer meeting, when I retired from the presidency of the Raymond Baldwin Inn of Court, the Inn gave me flowers, and a UConn Huskies national
championship t-shirt and fleece, all of which aggregated did not meet the reporting threshold.
