Re: Part II, "Agreements": I have no qualifying agreements as of the date of this report. I had an agreement with my prior law firm, Day Pitney LLP, to return the

sums in my partner capital account upon my resignation from the partnership. The firm returned those sums in February, 2020 and the agreement is discharged.

Thus, while I had one qualifying agreement during the reporting period, that agreement has terminated and I now have nothing to report.

Re: Part III-A, "Non-Investment Income." My share of Day Pitney LLP's 2019 profits was $496,462.00. Under the firm's distribution schedule, $122,353.79 of

that amount was paid to me on January 14, 2020. The remainder was paid in 2019.

Re: Part VII, "Investments and Trusts:" I hold positions in the T. Rowe Price Retirement 2025 Fund and the Morley Stable Value Fund as part of my Schwab

401(k). Schwab reports my total gain and loss in each position in each quarter, but does not report how much of that gain or loss is composed of interest or

dividends. I therefore have no figures to report for these investments in Column B.
