Explanations, On 10-05-2015, Silverlake 7-11 LLC was recorded with the Office of the Assessor, County of Los Angeles. On 08-19-2016, the Office of the

Assessor completed its Investigation of Ownership Change and approved a Change of Ownership Exclusion pursuant to California Revenue and Taxation Code

Section 62(a)(2). On 08-19-2016, the Office of the Assessor determined the value of the asset to be $327,562.

My Amended 2020 Financial Disclosure Report is filed to supersede my 2020 Financial Disclosure Report that was filed on March 16, 2021. The reason for filing

the Amended Report is because I had inadvertently failed to report three assets in Trust #1 that I had bought in 2020. These three assets are now listed in my

Amended Report in Part VII. Investments and Trusts at lines 24, 25 and 26. There are no other changes to my previously filed 2020 Financial Disclosure Report.
