In Section II and Section VII (line 14), I reported an agreement and investment income from my former law firm, K&L Gates. After the firm paid out my

remaining capital, a small amount of money was held back to cover taxes. I was then paid in 2020 interest for the hold back. That interest was $24.00. In addition,

the K&L Gates defined pension benefit under the partnership agreement vested, in part, for me, and I was informed that the amount of this benefit is $4,151.02.

All of this is reflected in Section VII (line 14). On my 2019 annual disclosure, I did not report the defined pension as a separate line item, as I believed it to be

under the "TRP Retirement 2045" program, which I did report. But K&L Gates recently informed me that they separately manage the defined pension plan, and so

now I have reported TRP and K&L Gates pension separately.
