This 1s my Initial Report. The FDR Audit Program generates this Error Message:
Part VII, Investments and Trusts, line |, if this asset was not owned on the last day of the reporting period,
Columns C(1) and C(2) should be left blank, If these transactions are only partial dispositions, add "part" to the
description in Column DX1).
The accounts at US Bank referenced in Columns C(1) and C(2) are still owned on the last day of the reporting period. The "Exempt" entry in Column D(1)
apparently generates the Error Message above. However, the "Exempt” entry in Column D(1) was made pursuant to, and in keeping with, Appendix I, Part VII,
page 65 of the Filing Instructions for Judicial Officers and Employees issued January 13, 2013, which reads:
You are not required to complete Subpart D "Transactions.* Section 102(b)(1). Note "exempt" in Column D(1).
Related concerns should be resolved by this explanation.
