Section VII, lines 2-21 were completed based on the information provided to me by my spouse. These assets are the sole financial interest of my spouse; were not

derived from my income or activities; I do not expect to nor have I derived a benefit from the assets; and I have no knowledge other than what is set forth herein.

My spouse is no longer employed by KPMG.

Section VII, line 2 - As previously reported, my spouse had a Merrill Edge account. (See 2019 Report VII, line 5 - Header "Merrill Edge Account." The Merrill

Edge Account previously contained 2 CDs. The Sallie Mae CD was redeemend during the 2019 reporing period.) During the 2020 reporting period, my spouse

utilized the cash balance feature of the Merrill Edge account, which is reflected in line 4. During the 2020 reporting period, my spouse redeemed the Merrill Edge

CD Wells Fargo Bank (VII, #3), closed the Prudential merged supplemental retirement plan account (VII, #18), closed three of the KPMG accounts (VII, #19,

#20, #21), and put the funds from all of these into the Merrill Edge cash balance account (VII, line 4).

Section VII, line 5 - KPMG 401K - This asset is new to the report because my spouse became eligible for this 401K with her previous employer during the

reporting period.
