1. The creditor, Social Finance, Inc., formerly listed in Part VI of my prior report, has been removed as the liability was satisfied in 2019.

2. The creditor, American Express, listed in Part VI of my current report has been added as the value met the reporting threshold for a revolving charge account in

the current reporting period.

3. The creditor, Savannah Country Day School, listed in Part VI of my current report has been added as this obligation began in the current reporting period.

4. The investments, listed on lines 5 and 6 of my current report, were added without including information in Column D as on May 9, 2017, shares of SSGA

College 2024 Portfolio with a value code of “J” were exchanged for shares of SSGA Aggressive Portfolio and SSGA Moderate Portfolio, both with value codes

of “J.” The 2017 and 2018 reports should have indicated that SSGA Aggressive Portfolio and SSGA Moderate Portfolio earned dividends with an amount code

of “A” in Column B(1). There were no reportable transactions related to SSGA Aggressive Portfolio or SSGA Moderate Portfolio in 2018’s reporting period.

Consequently, SSGA College 2024 Portfolio should have reported an income code of “A” in Column B(1) on the prior report covering calendar year 2018.

5. The 529 plans formerly listed as “SSgA Upromise 529, SSgA College 2024 Portfolio” and “SSgA Upromise 529, SSgA College 2027 Portfolio” in my prior

report have been listed under headers “SSGA Upromise 529 #1 (H)” and “SSGA Upromise 529 #2 (H)” so that the respective investments related to those 529

plans can be more readily identified.
