Part VII line 21. Pursuant to instructions in the letter dated October 30, 2007, from the Committee, I have listed only the identity of my spouse's 401(k), the gross

value in column C, the amount of market gain/loss experienced by the 401(k), as well as the Required Minimum Distribution received in 2019.

Part VII line 29. The rental income for the Trust is from a gas lease not from real estate. In some of the past reports, the value code reflected only the cash held

by the Trust from the proceeds of the gas lease. I have amended those reports to reflect the estimated value of the mineral rights as well, but not the value of the

real estate, which the Trust does not own. I have also amended the 2018 report to reflect the acquisition of real estate located in Bradford County, PA. This year's

value also reflects the value of real estate acquired by the Trust in Ventnor, New Jersey.

Part VII line 11. In September 2018, Vanguard changed the name of its Precious Metals Fund to the Global Capital Cycles Fund.
