Relevant to Parts VI and VII: BancorpSouth merged with Summit Bank in October 2019, and shortly thereafter the Raymond James accounts (previously managed
by a Summit Bank-affiliated broker) were to be transferred to Infinex Financial Group for managment (see Part VII, lines 5-7). I sold all Raymond James
Accounts, other than the Roth IRA, in 2019. Thus, only the IRA was transferred to Infinex for management (see Part VII, lines 5, 9).
