AMENDED REPORT - When completing my initial 2014 Financial Disclosure Form, 1 inadvertently omitted the cash portion of my two retirement accounts held
at Schwab. In response to the Committee's letter of June 16, 2016, I am amending the 2015 report to identify the institution in which that cash is held (Schwab).
The cash was not acquired in 2015 and thus no there is no transaction to report, but rather the cash should have been included in the 2014 report.
