I am not listing any positions in Part I related to the partnerships reported in Part VII on lines 1 and 7 as my interest is as a limited partner and a partner,

respectively, and I have no managerial responsibilities. See Instructions, page 9.

Although I am a trustee of the Trust, I receive no income nor do I have beneficial interest in the principal or income from the Trust or estate.
