Section I. Positions-I am a passive 10.753% partner in a general partnership known as Gilman Group that owned a small commercial building in Berkeley, CA.
This property was sold in January 2019.
Although I continue to be recalled each year, I work on an as needed basis. In 2019 I did not work more than 59 days. I understand that I am not required to file
an annual report for 2019. However, out of an abundance of caution I am filing a Final Report because in 2020 (and subsequent years) I do not anticipate being
called to work more than 59 days.
