Regarding Part III-B. Non-Investment Income:
Regarding Part VII. Investments and Trusts:
In December 2018 my former wife and I were divorced. As part of our divorce settlement, she received the stocks that had been previously reported in my past
year's FIDO reports. As part of the settlement, I received the Baird Rollover IRA (Cash and Money Market account held at BMO) which has been included
on this report. In February 2020, I transferred the Baird Rollover IRA (Cash and Money Market account held at BMO) to a Charles Schwab Contributory IRA
account (Cash and Money Market account) which is listed on this Final Report as well.
