VIL Investments and Trusts: 1.) Janus Fund and 2.) Principal Large Cap Growth Fund -- Inst] Shares: These assets are held through the New York State Deferred

Compensation Plan ("the Plan"), a 457 Deferred Compensation Plan of my prior employer, (See Part 11. Agreements.) The Plan determined that on May 16,

2013, the Janus Fund (among others) would be removed as an investment option under the Plan, and that all shares in the Janus Fund held by any Plan participant

would automatically be exchanged for shares in the Principal Large Cap Growth Fund -- Inst] Shares, absent an election by the Plan participant to choose another

investment option. Filer did not make uny such election. As such, on May 16, 2013, all Janus Fund shares held by Filer as of that date were automatically

exchanged for shares of equal value in the Principal Large Cap Growth Fund -- Inst’l Shares. As of May 16, 2013, through and including the end of the reporting

period, Filer held no Janus Fund assets, Filer received no reportable income from the Janus Fund shares during the reporting period.
