Regarding Section VII, INVESTMENTS and TRUSTS:

The contents of my IRA Account were transferred to Stockross Financial Services on 08/05/04 from Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. [have indicated

"sell" in connection with these accounts, when in actuality they were transferred and closed. The funds from the liquid asset accounts were used to

purchase the shares which are currently in my IRA account.
