and National Financial Services/Fidelity Management Trust Co. (NFS/FMTC) became the new IRA custodian. All assets in the IRA on 7/12/10 were transferred

from Pershing, LLC to NFS/FMTC.

--Line 4: Prime Capital Reserves Fund is a money market fund where all cash proceeds within the IRA are held. This money market fund fluctuates based on

income such as dividends from stocks in the IRA and asset purchases and asset sales in and out of the IRA account.
