In Part VI, I deleted the one creditor listed in the 2003 report because the credit card debt was paid in full.

In Part VII, I added an entry for a Northwestern Mutual whole life insurance policy. Ihad this in my report for 1994 but deleted it after I received a letter

from the Committee on Financial Disclosure advising that I was not required to report dividends or other income from life insurance policies. Upon

reflection, because the policy is held in part for investment it should be included in Part VII and I have added it back now.

In Part VII, I also added a reference to New York State 529 College Savings Program accounts. These accounts were opened with the State of New York at

the end of 2003 but I inadvertently neglected to include themin my 2003 report and I am adding them now.
