With respect to Item 2, this continues to be an asset for which the owner of the account does not and cannot purchase individual issues or assets. Rather the
managed account consists of stock funds, bond funds, a real estate fund and a money market fund. Individual assets within those funds cannot be acquired by
option of the account owner. this portfolio is known as the Strategic Advisors Managed Fund.
With respect to Item 3, this continues to be essentially a cash account with a new valuation code of "L". A small component of this account consists of individual
"529" education accounts which, if valued together, would, in the aggregate, have a valuation code of "1". These education accounts are managed accounts
consisting of stock funds and bond funds which cannot be acquired by option of the account owner nor can the account owner purchase individual issues or assets.
The cash account is with Fidelity Cash Reserves, and the 529 accounts are "medium risk" bearing NH Portfolio 2021 designation for each.
