Notes on this year's report:

Re: VII, Item 1. The asset is timberland. The timber was thinned in 2004. Because one of the checks in payment of the timber was lost, it was replaced and paid

in 2005. The matters reported in D reflect payment received in 2005 because of replaced check.

Re: VII, item 11. This is Ui 401k Plan, which meets the requirements of (8) on page 60 of January 3, 2006 instructions.

Re: VII, Item 14. This item reflects a 1/8 interest in a 3 year Oil and Gas Lease with Downing-Nelson Oil Company, Inc./Riga West. The lease is to expire in

October 2006. The income reflects compensation for the Lease's two (2) year extension from the present expiration date.

Re: VII, Item 15. This is real property which was not required to be reported previously as it was for personal use. In 2004, we rented it. Thus, it is now included

in the report. The tax assessed value is $80,100; comparable dock slips are selling for $100,000.
