2007 report and are therefore not reportable on the 2008 report but Page 39 Section VII. sub section B of the "Filing Instructions for Judicial Officers and

Employees" states that the asset should STILL be reported on the current (2008) years report but should include a "Y" in the description and all columns should be

left blank. I have done that.
