Line 15 - I had no knowledge of Medco Health Solutions before preparation of the 2008 income tax return. I understand that it was a spin-off from Merck in 2003

and there was no income received from it before this sale. | have reviewed the applicable court records and do not find any indication that this company was in any

litigation before me.
