I have included in Section 1. "Positions," my position as co-executor of the estate of
. The estate was originally closed July 28,
2003. An order to re-open the estate was applied for and issued on September 12, 2005, in order to collect funds that had escheated to the State of North Carolina
I inadvertently omitted this position from my "Nomination" Financial Disclosure Report but have included it in my "Annual" report.
I believe the value of the escheated funds to presently be no more than $100.00. Nevertheless, I have renounced any further interest in the escheated funds
recovered by the estate. 1 resigned as co-executor and the order allowing my resignation was dated December 18, 2007.
