A request for an extension of time to file the report was requested on May 11, 2007 and the extension was granted until June 14, 2007. Said request was forwarded

to the Chair of the Committee on Financial Disclosure with the assistance of the Staff Counsel for the Administrative Office of Courts.

In preparing this year's report, | became aware that I inadvertently omitted reporting the Liability for the Education Loans during the 2005 reporting period. The

2005 FDR should have indicated that the liability was incurred and that the appropriate value code was "J."
