Part VII. Investments and Trusts, Line 3, is a heading. Lines 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 are the individual funds contained in the Wisconsin Deferred Compensation Program,
which is maintained and controlled by a former state government employer (Wisconsin) and appears to fall under the instruction on page 47 of the filing
instructions. Although the instructions indicate that the individual funds need not be listed, I had initially listed the funds and was advised by the Committee in
2006 to continue listing the funds rather than remove them.
