As filed

Trustee, Russell-Walker-Blass Chapter of the American Inns of Court

Part VI (1) and (2)

These obligations were not previously subject to the reporting requirements and appear on the Financial Disclosure Report for the first time. Under Section

102(a)4)(A) | am not required to report any mortgage or line of credit secured by real property which is a personal residence. The Citimortgage home mortgage

listed in Part VI(1) and the Wachovia Bank home equity line of credit listed in Part VI(2) were secured by real property which "was" our personal residence.

However, on August 29, 2005, our home was completely destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. Since we did not live at this location on the last day of the reporting

period | cannot say that these constitute obligations secured by real property which “is” a personal residence. Therefore, they are listed as reportable liabilities.
