Vanguard Mutual Funds was terminated in 2009 and the assets were also rolled over into the Joel H. Slomsky Individual Retirement Account (IRA), which is listed

in this Form at IRA #3 (lines 10to 81). The assets in the Vanguard Wellington Account (line 79) were purchased in both the IRA #1 and [RA #3 on various dates

in 2009, beginning on 6/8/09, and are consolidated in linc 79. The asscts in the Vanguard Total Bond Market Index Fund {linc R0) were purchased and sold on

various dates in 2009, beginning on 3/10/09. and are consolidated in line 80. The assets in the Vanguard Bond Index Fund-Intermediate Term (line 14) were also

purchased and sold on various dates in 2009. beginning on 3/2/09, and finally sold on 6/8/09.

11. Non-Investment Income: In 2009. I received a fee in a case in which 1 had been appointed hy the Third Circuit Court of Appeals to represent an Appellant in

an appeal of a criminal conviction and sentence. | was compensated for my services on the appeal only for the time 1 worked on the case when | was still in private

practice in 2008. I bacame a federal judge on October 8, 2008. The income listed as Non-Investment Income (line 1) is the income reported on a Schedule C (net

profits) reported on my 2009 federal tax return.
