I understand that Parts VI and VII generally need to correspond for real property. I thus provide the following additional information:

(1) With respect to Cook County real estate III, I reported a corresponding liability last year (with creditor Ameriquest). Although I own an interest in the real

property, the other co-owner is and always has been solely liable for the mortgage on that property. Thus, I.am not reporting the Ameriquest mortgage this year as

a liability. To the extent I can amend my 2006 statement, I wish to omit the Ameriquest mortgage (I had included it becaues it matched up with the asset reported

in Part VII but upon reflection, since I am not liable under the mortgage, I believe it need not have been reported).

(2) The Cook County, IL real estate II listed in Part VII (which I sold) is not listed in Part VI as there is no liability for this property.

In addition, with respect to Part I, my positions as a Trustee (line 2), Director (line 3), Director (line 4), Committee Member (line 5), and Board Member (line 6)

are not listed elsewhere as I do not receive any compensation in connection with these positions.
