Regarding the last entry made in Part VII: I sold all of my WalMart shares on Dec. 31, 2004 and have not owned any since. For that reason there was no value to
list at the end of the 2005 reporting period and no buy or sale transaction involving the stock during 2005 to list. Nonetheless, a dividend from WalMart stock I
had owned until Dec. 31, 2004 was posted to my money market account on Jan. 3, 2005. That dividend is listed.
