Item 14, 22, 24, 30 - (2011) 1 inadvertently listed these shares (DWS Dreman Samil Cap Val. A, GE Capital Financial In Holladay CD, and Ishares TR NYSD

Composite FD Common) as "sold" in 2010, when in fact we still retained them. Therefore, | have relisted them as assets and | amend my 2010 statement to reflect

the same.
