The Wintergreen Fund, reported on Line 14 of Part VII of the Financial Disclosure Report for the Calendar Year 2015, was sold in 2015. Because of an

inadvertent error, the 2015 Disclosure failed to report that the IRA's interest in the Wintergreen Fund was sold on April 29, 2015, at a Value of K and a Gain of D.

On that date, the proceeds of the Wintergreen Fund were re-invested in First Eagle Global | and the New World Fund, which are reported on Lines 16 and 17 of

this Report.
